“There’s no place like home”… the famous phrase from the Wizard of Oz was our theme this year! Everyone was invited to follow the yellow brick road to an array of over 150 exciting exhibits.

Our feature area included a waterfall, pond, gazebo, outdoor bar and much more. The flowers were so abundant and beautiful we had no choice but to name the feature area “The Dream Garden”.

A big attraction was the 4 hole mini putt. The holes were custom made for the Dream Garden, complete with hole flags! Guests could play the course for a dollar, with the proceeds going to the Food Pantry.

We had live entertainment in the feature area area as well as in our popular beer garden. The ever popular folksinger John Lemme performed in the feature each day, and Patti McLaughlin entertained us Saturday and Sunday in the Beer Garden.

Once again we were fortunate to have the dedicated members of the Optimists Club of Aurora running the Beer Garden. They were busy barbequing great food and offering drinks and snacks!
