The 15th Annual Aurora Chamber Street Festival will be held Sunday, June 6, 2010, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Yonge Street, right in the heart of downtown Aurora. Annually the Festival attracts over 40,000 people, making it an amazing opportunity for businesses, vendors, service groups, charities and others to sell to a targeted market and increase awareness of their products and services. 

This year we will introduce a new concept to the Festival. We will be bringing theatre to the street as we feature “Buskers”, street performers who provide unique and exciting entertainment for every age! We invite you to participate. 

Important details for vendors about the application process and the event:

• Please complete the booth application and return it to the Aurora Chamber of Commerce with full payment. Applications received without full payment will not be accepted.
• Please review the Rules and Regulations carefully and sign that you agree to follow them during the Festival and return it with your application. 
• An early bird registration option is available at the same price as last year. The deadline for this special pricing is 5:00 pm on March 5, 2010.
• Vendors selling or offering any type of food (including drinks, candy, snacks, etc.) must complete a York Region Public Health Vendor Application. Please complete it and return it by mail or fax to the Aurora Chamber of Commerce before May 3, 2010. We will submit these forms in one package directly to the York Region Public Health Department. This is a mandatory deadline. It cannot be missed or you will not be able to participate in the Festival.
• Once your Festival application has been reviewed and approved, you will be sent a confirmation by email or fax. Before the event you will be sent a full information package that will provide you with your booth location and final Festival details.
