WOMEN'S MASTERMIND PROGRAM
The Aurora Chamber of Commerce is committed to supporting women in the business community through an ongoing initiative sponsored by Magna focused on professional development, mentorship, and connection. It creates a collaborative space where women can share experiences, explore opportunities, and learn from one another for long-term success.
Beginning October 8th, our Fall 2026 session is specifically tailored for female entrepreneurs. Over 10 weeks, participants will benefit from targeted training, skill development, and peer-to-peer mentorship while building meaningful connections with like-minded business owners. Applications for the Fall Session are NOW OPEN until September 25th!
Looking ahead, we will also be offering a Spring 2027 session designed for all female business leaders (including corporate professionals, managers, and non-profit leaders, as well as entrepreneurs).
The Women's MasterMind Program is being sponsored by Magna allowing this program to be offered free to participants.
Objectives:
· Provide a supportive, empowering community for women in business.
· Tackle real-world business challenges through shared perspectives and expertise.
· Build accountability structures to help members stay on track with goals.
· Develop leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
· Expand professional networks with like-minded peers.
Frequency:
Weekly in-person sessions for 10 weeks (2 hour sessions) beginning Thursday, October 8th.
Structure:
1. Check-in & Wins – Members share key updates and progress since the last meeting.
2. Focused Business Topic – Facilitator-led discussion or mini-workshop (e.g., marketing, finance, leadership, operations, etc.).
3. Action Commitments – Members declare specific next steps and accountability measures.
